How to Use Customer Frustrations to Get Them to Choose YOU

What are the top 7 frustrations that keep your typical customer up at night?  Put them down on a list and then match them up with a solution you offer that makes the frustration go away.

Pick one solution that you are especially good at and keep repeating it.

Put it on everything you give to customers; business cards, estimates, t-shirts, caps, pens and note pads.  It may seem repetitive to you, but your customer will need to hear it at least 7 times before it registers and they associate that benefit with YOU.

    Customers are of various types like some wants the product but don’t wanna pay for it, some wanna buy product and will pay anything and sometimes there are such type of dicy customers who wants nothing but just want us to give him each and very information even if we know he is not gonna pay us anything and still satisfy him with the answers of the questions he needs for.
