Do you have customers that don’t trust you because they’ve gotten a raw deal from another company?  Here’s an easy way to build trust AND loyalty without sacrificing price.

Create a portfolio loaded with handwritten letters and testimonials you’ve gotten from their neighbors.  Carry a digital camera around with you and take before and after pictures.

Make it easy for them to write a testimonial by having blank postcards and with you.  As soon as the job is done – ask them all to answer the question “What do you have now, that you didn’t have before?”

Insert the pictures and the postcard into the laminated sheet and you’re good to go.
